    Gain Community Needs Knowledge and Sharpen Your Skills to Best Meet Those Needs.

     

    Youngstown State University – Kilcawley Center

     

    Our own Pat Palombo and Paul McFadden will be presenting the first keynote, “Rock & Role Relationships – Making the Ask”, from 8:45-9:45.

     

    Five tracks are scheduled, and tentatively titled Leadership, Marketing and Public Relations, Fund Development / Finance, Organization Basics, Knowing the Need, and Community Organizing.

“Faces, Spaces & Tweets – How to Use Social Media to Raise More Money

Presented By TYLER CLARK

 

Social media is a great tool with easy to use startup capabilities, but are you using

it to your benefit yet? Specifically focusing on Facebook, Twitter, You Tube and LinkedIn,

Tyler will share tips and techniques on how to build your agency's presence on social

media sites, how to engage your donors via social media and how you can use social media

to raise funds and awareness. Tyler will also share what the future may hold for

social media and fund raising.

 

Tyler Clark is a technology consultant and frequent speaker on search engine optimization,

social media and e-commerce. He provides strategy consulting to organizations like Covelli Enterprises, Youngstown State University , Youngstown Business Incubator, B.J. Alan

Fireworks, Harrington Hoppe & Mitchell and the Youngstown-Warren Regional Chamber.

Past clients include Institute for Supply Management, Council on Foundations and

Verizon Long Distance. Tyler 's column "Point. Click. Profit." is published monthly in

the Business Journal.
